      Yes. By accessing your customer area on Booking.com, you will be able to see and book accommodation facilities with Genius benefits.
    • I forgot to enter my CartaFRECCIA number while booking. Can I enter it later?
      You can enter your CartaFRECCIA number up until the day before the check-in date, from the appropriate link in the booking confirmation email.
    • I entered the wrong CartaFRECCIA number while booking. Can I change it? If yes, until when can I do it?
      You can modify the CartaFRECCIA number up until the day before the check-in date, from the appropriate link in the booking confirmation email.
    • Where can I see the points I've accumulated for bookings made on www.Booking.com/Trenitalia?
      You can see the points you have accumulated on www.Booking.com/Trenitalia and in the account statement in your customer area on trenitalia.com.
    • I can’t find the points in the account statement/ Who can I ask? After 75 days from the check-out date, if the points are not visible in the account statement of your customer area on trenitalia.com, you can write to Booking.com customer support customer.service@booking.com to get more information.
    • Are the points qualifying?
      The points are not qualifying, and therefore they are not counted for the purposes of achieving your next Status but they can be used to claim rewards.
    • Can I use someone else's CartaFRECCIA code?
      No, the CartaFRECCIA code must belong to the booking holder

    CartaFRECCIA points will be assigned in relation to the total amount of the stay booked through the website www.booking.com/trenitalia (excluding tourist tax).

    The booking holder's CartaFRECCIA code must be entered in the appropriate field during the booking process; in the event that the CartaFRECCIA code is incorrect, missing or non-existent, the loyalty points will not be credited.

    The points will be assigned within 75 days from the date of checking out from the booked accommodation facility, and will be visible in the account statement in the customer area of the Trenitalia.com website.

    The CartaFRECCIA loyalty points awarded for accommodation bookings on Booking.com do not qualify for reaching the thresholds for subsequent Statuses and can be used in accordance with the provisions of the Programme regulations.
