Frecciadesk

Located in the immediate vicinity of the departure platforms of the Freccia/Intercity trains and manned by specialised staff, the FrecciaDesks offer a welcome and assistance service to Freccia and Intercity customers including: 

  • changes to bookings and last minute ticket changes
  • sale of tickets with POS payment (Credit/Debit Cards, Cash Cards)
  • commercial information (promotions, prices, service conditions, etc.)
  • information on the availability of seats on Freccia/Intercity trains
  • information on Trenitalia services present in the station and on board the train
  • real-time information on rail traffic and train timetables.

The FrecciaDesk service is active 7 days a week* in the following stations and with the following times.
