Located in the immediate vicinity of the departure platforms of the Freccia/Intercity trains and manned by specialised staff, the FrecciaDesks offer a welcome and assistance service to Freccia and Intercity customers including:
- changes to bookings and last minute ticket changes
 - sale of tickets with POS payment (Credit/Debit Cards, Cash Cards)
 - commercial information (promotions, prices, service conditions, etc.)
 - information on the availability of seats on Freccia/Intercity trains
 - information on Trenitalia services present in the station and on board the train
 - real-time information on rail traffic and train timetables.
