FrecciaClubs, reserved for Argento, Oro and Platino CartaFreccia holders, are open every day, including public holidays, can be found near the AV (High Speed) platforms in the following stations:

- Venezia Santa Lucia
- Verona Porta Nuova

Who can enter
You can enter with your Argento, Oro or Platino CartaFreccia, or with an Executive or Salottino ticket or a carnet of 10 Business travel tickets.
Located near High-Speed train platforms, they are ideal places for starting your trip in an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
Can we offer you a coffee?
An increasingly rich range of snacks at your disposal. Three different types of best-brand sweet or savoury snacks; in addition, even more gluten-free choice to meet all needs. All while sipping a coffee or cappuccino, or if you prefer a fresh drink.

Inside our FrecciaClubs you will find Trenitalia staff of excellence ready to help you, answer all your questions and satisfy your needs with professionalism and courtesy.
In addition you will have the numbers available for contacting our FrecciaClubs directly for information or ticketing by phone. They are open every day from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
Choose whether to relax or continue working
Take a break and choose from a rich selection of newspapers to leaf through while seated comfortably. Or the on-board La Freccia and Note magazines of the FS Group, distributed free of charge. In addition, the information screens in the lounge will constantly update you on your trip. In our FrecciaClubs you can also continue working before leaving.
Stay connected thanks to free Wi-Fi and the charging sockets for your electronic devices. In addition, you will have a working area at your disposal to continue using your laptop.

Complimentary access to the FrecciaClub network is reserved for:
- holders of CartaFreccia Argento, Oro, Platino, and Platino Infinito who hold or intend to purchase a ticket for Trenitalia national trains;
- holders of CartaFreccia Platino and Platino Infinito holding a Trenitalia national train season ticket for any class or service level;
- holders of CartaFreccia Oro and Argento holding a 1st Class or Business service level season ticket for Trenitalia national trains;
- holders of a Business Ticket with the Corporate FLEXI offer and an associated personal CartaFreccia;
- holders of an Executive or Business Salottino ticket, or a 10- or 15-journey FRECCIA Carnet (1st Class/Business) with the corresponding reservation;
- passengers holding reservations linked to a High-Speed Corporate Carnet (30 or 50 journeys) in Business and Executive service levels, or linked to an FB Corporate Carnet (30 or 50 journeys) in 1st Class.
Access is also granted to passengers holding a FRECCIA train ticket or a 1st Class or Business FRECCIA season ticket who have purchased a single day pass for €20, valid for entry to the FrecciaClub or FrecciaLounge.
Single day passes to the FrecciaClub can be purchased through all Trenitalia sales channels and at the desk inside the lounge. To gain entry, you must also hold a FRECCIA train ticket (Intercity and Regionale train tickets are excluded) or a 1st Class or Business FRECCIA season ticket, or alternatively purchase one at the ticket desk inside the FrecciaClub.
Entry and stay within the FrecciaClub lounges are permitted exclusively starting from 4 hours prior to the departure of your purchased train.
