The exclusive FrecciaLounges, reserved to Oro and Platino CartaFreccia holders, can be found in the main Italian stations:
- Roma Termini
- Milano Centrale
- Bologna Centrale
- Firenze Santa Maria Novella
- Napoli Centrale
Turn the wait for the train into a moment of pure pleasure; in the FrecciaLounges you will find many privileges designed specifically for you, to regenerate and relax you before your business or leisure trips.
They are open from Monday to Sunday, including holidays.

Who can enter
You can access the FrecciaLounge with your CartaFreccia Oro, Platino, or Platino Infinito, or with an Executive or Business Salottino ticket, a Business ticket with the Corporate FLEXI offer and an associated personal CartaFreccia, or a 10- or 15-trip 1st Class/Business pass.
Access is also available to holders of reservations linked to a 30- or 50-trip AV Corporate Pass in Business and Executive service levels, or to a 30- or 50-trip AV Corporate Pass in 1st class.
You will find the FrecciaLounges near the High-Speed tracks. Make yourself comfortable and start enjoying the Frecciarossa experience even before your journey begins.

Unexpected video conference? Don't pass it up! In our FrecciaLounges you can also continue working before leaving.
A Working Area with electrical sockets will be at your disposal for using your laptop and, thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection, will not be a problem.
Moreover, in the FrecciaLounge at Roma Termini you will have at your disposal a Meeting Room with LCD screen that can be connected to your electronic devices.

Free admission to the FrecciaLounge network is reserved for:
- Oro, Platino and Platino Infinito CartaFreccia cardholders who are in possession of or intend to purchase a ticket Trenitalia for Trenitalia national trains;
- Platino and Platino Infinito CartaFreccia cardholders in possession of season tickets for Trenitalia national trains for any class or level of service;
- Oro CartaFreccia cardholders in possession of season tickets for 1st class or Business service levels on Trenitalia national trains;
- Holders of a Business ticket with the Corporate FLEXI offer and their associated personal CartaFreccia card;
- Those who possess an Executive or Business Salottino compartment ticket or a 10- or 15-Journey Carnet in 1st Class/Business/Executive service levels with a relevant booking;
- Holders of bookings associated with AV Corporate Carnet 30-Trip and 50-Trip packages in Business and Executive service levels, or with FB Corporate Carnet 30-Trip and 50-Trip packages in 1st Class.
Customers in possession of a ticket for national trains or a 1st class or Business national season ticket may also be admitted, provided they have purchased one of the following types of ticket, which will grant them access to the FrecciaLounge:
- single daily access at a cost of €30 for the FrecciaLounge in Rome - Roma Termini and Milan - Milano Centrale stations;
- single daily access at a cost of €25 for the FrecciaLounge in Bologna Centrale, Florence - Firenze S.M.N. and Naples - Napoli Centrale stations.
Admission to the FrecciaLounge can be purchased from all Trenitalia sales channels, excluding the app, and from ticket offices in the stations. To be granted admission, you must also be in possession of a ticket (regional transport tickets will not be accepted) or a 1st class or Business class season ticket, or, alternatively, you may purchase a relevant ticket from the ticket office inside the FrecciaLounge.
You may only enter and remain in FrecciaLounge areas starting from 4 hours prior to the departure of your purchased train journey.
