At the station
The exclusive FrecciaLounges, reserved to Gold and Platinum CartaFreccia holders, can be found in the main Italian stations:
- Roma Termini
- Milano Central
- Bologna Central
- Firenze Santa Maria Novella
- Napoli Centrale
Turn the wait for the train into a moment of pure pleasure; in the FrecciaLounges you will find many privileges designed specifically for you, to regenerate and relax you before your business or leisure trips.
Until 31 August Frecciarossa and illy, the iconic Italian coffee brand, welcome you to the FrecciaLounges in Roma Termini and Milano Centrale to treat you to a special summer selection, available from 09:30 to 12:00 and from 14:30 to 17:00.

Who can enter
You can enter with your Gold, Platinum or Platinum Infinity CartaFreccia, or with an Executive or Salottino ticket or a carnet of 10 or 15 1st class/Business travel tickets.
Moreover, access is also permitted to holders of reservations in conjunction with 10, 30 and 50-trip HS Business Carnets, in the Business Salottino and Executive service levels or in conjunction with FB 30 and 50-trip Business Carnets, in 1st class.
You will find all of them near the High-Speed platforms. Make yourself comfortable, and start living the Frecciarossa experience even before leaving.

Inside our FrecciaLounges you will find Trenitalia staff of excellence ready to help you, answer all your questions and satisfy your needs with professionalism and courtesy. In addition you will have the numbers available for contacting our FrecciaLounges directly for information or ticketing by phone.
Make the most of the wait
Unexpected video conference? Don't pass it up! In our FrecciaLounges you can also continue working before leaving. A Working Area with electrical sockets will be at your disposal for using your laptop and, thanks to the free Wi-Fi connection, will not be a problem. Moreover, in the FrecciaLounge at Roma Termini you will have at your disposal a Meeting Room with LCD screen that can be connected to your electronic devices.

Always in a hurry? Allow yourself a little break before leaving. Read a book or choose from a rich selection of newspapers to leaf through while seated comfortably. You can also continue to use your electronic devices while you charge them. In addition, the information screens in the lounge will constantly update you on your trip.
