Park with FS Park and travel with Trenitalia

Park closer to your train than ever before

Thanks to a collaboration with FS Park, you have the option of booking a space for your car in the car parks of Italy’s largest train stations, in the intermodal exchange areas connected with the platforms from which your train will depart.

Along with your Trenitalia ticket, you can also book and pay for a stay in the FS Park car parks, located just a few metres from your train. After payment you will receive your booking code and a QR code, which you will need to use to access the parking facility.

You can book and pay for your parking spot on this website, at ticket offices and from authorised travel agencies, along with your ticket to travel with Trenitalia. If you’ve already bought your train ticket, the process is just as easy: up until midnight on the night prior to your journey, you can add your parking space at the station through the Change Ticket area of this website, by clicking on the Add other services button and selecting FS Park in the Complete your journey section.

Remember to bring your booking receipt with you, complete with QR code:

  • you will be granted entry to the parking facility by scanning the QR Code at the special code reader located at the barrier gate. You will also need the same QR code in order to exit the car park and to pay any supplemental charges at the pay station;
  • If your vehicle is parked in the parking facility for longer than originally planned, including the grace period*, simply make the required supplementary payment according to the current rates displayed at the car park, without any surcharge or penalty, using the automatic pay station or other payment systems present in the car park. 
  • In the event of an emergency, unforeseen difficulties or should you require any other assistance, you can contact an operator through the intercom system located on each entry and exit barrier or the automatic pay station.

* The grace period is 20 minutes before entry time (as indicated on the booked entry time) and 10 minutes after the exit time (as indicated on the booked time).

  • The number of parking spaces that can be booked and purchased via Trenitalia sales channels are limited, and only available while spaces last. You can book a parking space, as well as change or cancel your booking, up to midnight (12:00 a.m.) on the day before you are due to enter the car park.
  • If you have made changes to your Trenitalia train ticket and need to update your FS Park booking or if you only wish to change your FS Park booking, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to midnight (12:00 a.m.) on the day before you are due to enter the car park (however, in the case of the latter, please take care not to cancel your train ticket) by going to the “Change Ticket” section on this website and making a new booking, adding your preferred dates and times.
