Get to your train faster with our complimentary Fast Track service
If you are a CartaFreccia Platino, Oro or Argento cardholder — and you are travelling with an Executive Frecciarossa ticket or a Business Frecciarossa 1000 ticket (double composition) — you can reach your platform through our exclusive priority access.
The Fast Track service is available at the following stations:
- Milano Centrale: at Gate E, near the FrecciaClub.
- Roma Termini: at Gate E, opposite platforms 9 and 10.

Further information
Fast Track access is reserved for:
- Holders of Argento, Oro, Platino, and Platino Infinito CartaFreccia cards. You must hold a valid ticket (including regional tickets) for travel on the same day, with a departure scheduled within 40 minutes of entering the Fast Track gate (except in cases of train delays). You must show both your Argento, Oro, Platino, and Platino Infinito CartaFreccia card and your ticket;
- Customers holding a valid Executive level ticket for same-day travel, departing within 40 minutes of access to the Fast Track date (except in cases of train delays).
- Customers holding a Business Class level ticket for Frecciarossa 1000 Double Composition trains (specifically trains FR 9513, 9528, 9540, and 9640).
Eligible customers may access the Fast Track gate with one companion and their minor children.
To gain access, the companion and minors must hold the same type of travel ticket required for the primary pass holder.
