FRECCIAPlay is our complimentary entertainment portal, available throughout your journey and accessible by connecting to the on-board Wi-Fi network in the following areas:

FRECCIAPlay offers a wide range of content: movies, TV series, cartoons, games, music, updated news, real-time travel information, Wi-Fi internet connection, and the Easy Bistrò service, which allows you to conveniently order your meal from your seat. It's all designed to make your onboard experience more enjoyable and engaging.
HOW TO ACCESS FRECCIAPlay
Via web browser
You can access FRECCIAPlay from PCs, tablets, and smartphones (Android and iOS) using a Wi-Fi connection. Simply connect to the train's Wi-Fi network or the network in the FRECCIAClub and FRECCIALounge areas, and type www.frecciaplay.it into your browser. No authentication is required.
Via app
Alternatively, you can download the FRECCIAPlay App, which is free and available on:
- Apple Store (iOS 11 or higher)
- Google Play (with Android 6.0 or higher)
During your first access, you can select the “Stay Logged In” option to avoid entering your credentials every time. You can disable it at any time in the “My Data” section.

- Empty the browser cache and try again.
- In your device's Wi-Fi settings, delete/forget/dissociate the SSID "Wifi Frecciarossa" (if you are on Frecciarossa trains), "Wifi Frecciargento" (if you are on Frecciargento trains), or "WifiFrecce" (if you are in the FRECCIAClub and FRECCIALounge areas), and then reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
