FrecciaPlay is our complimentary entertainment portal, available throughout your journey and accessible by connecting to the on-board Wi-Fi network in the following areas:
- Frecciarossa trains
- Frecciargento trains
- FrecciaClub
- FrecciaLounge
FrecciaPlay offers a wide range of content: movies, TV series, cartoons, games, music, updated news, real-time travel updates, Wi-Fi internet connection, to make your onboard experience more enjoyable and engaging.
All onboard portal services are completely free of charge.
HOW TO ACCESS FRECCIAPLAY
Via web browser: you can access FrecciaPlay from PC, tablet or Android/iOS smartphone using a Wi-Fi connection. Simply connect to the onboard Wi-Fi network or to the FrecciaClub and FrecciaLounge networks, and type www.frecciaplay.it into your browser. No authentication is required.
Via app: you can access content and services through the FrecciaPlay App, which is completely free and available on the App Store (iOS 11 or later) and Google Play (Android 6.0 or later). If you enable the “Stay logged in” option when signing in, you won’t need to enter your credentials again. This setting can be changed later in the “My Data” section.

- Empty the browser cache and try again.
- In your device's Wi-Fi settings, delete/forget/dissociate the SSID "Wifi Frecciarossa" (if you are on Frecciarossa trains), "Wifi Frecciargento" (if you are on Frecciargento trains), or "WifiFrecce" (if you are in the FrecciaClub and FrecciaLounge areas), and then reconnect to the Wi-Fi network.
