You can purchase the offer from ticket offices, authorised travel agencies and self-service machines, on this website, on the Trenitalia App, or by calling the Call Center (premium rate number).

How to purchase on this website or on the Trenitalia App:

• Enter the number of passengers into the search form (at least 1 adult and 1 child). Passengers up to 15 years of age are considered children.
• Find the Eurocity train journey you are interested in and select the “Bimbi Gratis Eurocity” fare from the offers drop-down menu (on the Trenitalia App, you can find it by clicking 'SEE OTHER OFFERS').
• Enter the date of birth for every passenger, both adults and children.
  

The number of seats available is limited and subject to change, depending on the day of the week, train or class selected.

Tickets are non-transferable: upon request by the staff on board the train, you will be required to show a valid form of personal identification to prove your age and a document or self-certification from the child’s parent indicating the child’s age.

A one-time Change of Booking is permitted before departure to modify the travel date or time, subject to seat availability for the specific offer and in compliance with its terms.

If there are no seats available for this offer, you must request a refund and proceed to purchase a new ticket at a different fare.

Refunds for journey cancellation by the passenger for personal needs: permitted up to the departure of the booked train, subject to a 20% deduction to the original amount paid.
