Purchase method and conditions

You can obtain a 20% discount on your bus ticket if you purchase the voucher together with a Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte, Eurocity/Euronight, or Regional train ticket to one of the main stations of the city you wish to visit. The voucher can be purchased for a date up to 5 days later than that on the train ticket, on this website, on the Trenitalia App, at ticket offices, FrecciaClub, FrecciaLounge*, and authorized travel agencies.

Using and modifying the City Sightseeing voucher

You can present your voucher to City Sightseeing staff on board the bus at any of the stops along the route, to City Sightseeing staff on the ground where available, or at any City Sightseeing Visitor Center to exchange it for a travel ticket of the same value.

Any refund requests may be submitted directly to City Sightseeing up to 10 days before the travel date via email at info@city-sightseeing.it.
Each request will be evaluated by City Sightseeing according to the applicable terms and conditions.
