The service operates each day with departures from Firenze Santa Maria Novella at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. from the meeting point in the atrium of the ticket office at the Visitor Centre Sightseeing Experience. It is necessary to arrive 20 minutes prior to departure of the bus. Return from Barberino Designer Outlet at 1:00 pm, 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm.

The price of a one-way ticket to reach the Barberino Designer Outlet from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station is 6.50 euro, which will be added to the cost of the chosen train route.
