The 06 3000 phone line is open daily, 24 hours a day, and offers the following services:
Option 0 - To request help due to changes to an offer communicated by Trenitalia;
Option 1 - Timetable information and information on train traffic;
Option 2 - Reservation changes and support for AV (high-speed) season ticket holders for Intercity and Frecciabianca trains;
Option 3 - To request a refund or for information on the conciliation process;
Option 4 - Assistance services for customers with reduced mobility (from 07:00 a.m. to 09:30 p.m. daily);
Option 5 - Accompaniment service.
For the 06 3000 phone number, rates are charged according to the urban or extra-urban tariff set by the customer’s telephone operator.
