From fixed line the cost of the connection (VAT included) is of 30,5 Euro cents and of 54,9 Euro cents per minute. From mobile network, the costs vary from operator to operator. 

If you’re abroad and want to contact our call centre, please call +39.06.5210550 everyday from 7am to 11.59pm. Between midnight and 6:59 am you can leave a message on voicemail. An operator will contact you after 7 am the following morning.

  • 06 3000: lines open 24 hours a day

    The 06 3000 phone line is open daily, 24 hours a day, and offers the following services:

    Option 0 - To request help due to changes to an offer communicated by Trenitalia;
    Option 1 - Timetable information and information on train traffic;
    Option 2 - Reservation changes and support for AV (high-speed) season ticket holders for Intercity and Frecciabianca trains;
    Option 3 - To request a refund or for information on the conciliation process;
    Option 4 - Assistance services for customers with reduced mobility (from 07:00 a.m. to 09:30 p.m. daily);
    Option 5 - Accompaniment service.

    For the 06 3000 phone number, rates are charged according to the urban or extra-urban tariff set by the customer’s telephone operator.

    The same services are available using the 199 89 20 21 number: from a landline, calls cost 10 euro cents (including VAT) per minute; from a mobile phone, costs may vary according to the service provider.
