Vouchers can be purchased along with your train journey (with the destination being the city you wish to visit) on this website, on the Trenitalia app, at ticket offices, in the FRECCIAClub and FRECCIALounge* and from authorised travel agencies. You can also purchase the service with special discounted prices from the City Sightseeing website or on board the bus, by indicating your Carta FRECCIA or X-GO code or the PNR code of your Trenitalia ticket at the time of purchase. 

Remember to choose your preferred date of use for the voucher at the time of purchase.

Once you board any of the buses, you will be required to present your Trenitalia ticket or CartaFRECCIA card or X-GO card, in physical or digital format.

  • Purchase Method and Terms and Conditions

    • 20% discount on bus tickets if you purchase a voucher in combination with a Trenitalia train ticket that is valid for travel on Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte, Eurocity/Euronight and regional trains to one of the main railway stations in the city you wish to visit. The voucher can be purchased, dated no more than 5 days after the date indicated on the train ticket, on this website, on the Trenitalia app, at ticket offices and Trenitalia FRECCIAClubs and FRECCIAlounges and from authorised travel agencies. 
    • The same 20% discount on the bus ticket will be granted if you purchase the service on the City Sightseeing website or directly on board the bus, by indicating your CartaFRECCIA card or X-GO card code or the PNR code of your Trenitalia ticket valid for journeys on Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte, Eurocity/Euronight trains (with the destination in the city you wish to visit and the travel date on your train ticket being a maximum of five days prior to the date of purchase of the bus ticket).

  • Use of and changes to the City Sightseeing voucher

    You can present your voucher to City Sightseeing staff on board the bus at all designated stops along the route, or to City Sightseeing staff on the ground, where present, or at all City Sightseeing Visitor Centres to exchange it for a ticket of the same value.
