Manage your ticket

To manage your purchase  you can log into your area, go to Purchased Travel and visualise the journey you wish to modify .  

Alternatively,
you can manage your ticket by using the following form, filling in with the PNR and the email used for the purchase.  

If you bought your ticket without being registered
, you can retrieve your ticket filling in your name, surname and Code for retrieving the purchase (CRA) that appears on the post -payment page. 

  



According to the fare you bought, you can avail of the following online services: 

  • change your booking
  • manage your ticket
  • request a refund
  • request compensation for delay
  • add or void passengers on your journey
