Manage your ticket

You can manage your ticket by using the following form, filling in with the PNR or Ticket code and the email used for the purchase.  

If you bought your ticket without being registered
, you can retrieve your ticket filling in your name, surname and Code for retrieving the purchase (CRA) that appears on the post -payment page. 



According to the fare you bought, you can avail of the following online services: 

  • change your booking
  • request a refund or a  compensation for delay
  • add or void passengers on your journey
  • check-in  for Digital Regional Ticket.
