Smart Caring is a totally free, real-time information service that provides updates on Trenitalia train traffic.
By activating the service you can receive notifications that will keep you updated on your journey’s progress.      

You can activate smart caring in two ways:

• in the Infomobility section on the app, by specifying the train and choosing the days and times in which you want to be updated on the progress of your train and the reference line, with the possibility of following up to four trains;
  
  
• immediately after paying for the ticket on this website and on the app, by activating the update service for your trip. In this case you will also receive a journey reminder 24 hours before departure, real-time information on the departure platform, the progress of your train before departure and arrival at your destination.
