This service is easy to use:
1. Call TNT at
FreePhone 800.923.924 at least
24 hours before departure.
2. A TNT courier will collect your luggage direct from home.
3. Show your Frecciarossa or Frecciargento ticket or your CartaFreccia card.
4. You bag will be deliverd where you wish, by the end of the next day almost everywhere in Italy.

This service is available from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 19:00. The service is only active in major cities on Saturday and Sunday (Turin, Milan, Bologna, Florence, Rome, Naples, Salerno, Venice, Bari) and different charges apply.
In case of difficulty or delay in delivery, TNT will provide you with a voucher for 100% of the cost of delivery for use on a later journey.
The bags must be standard size (for example: 110x80x40 cm. The sum of the three dimensions may not exceed 250cm). The maximum permitted weight is 25 kg. A higher charge applies to bags exceeding this weight and size.
Luggage safety
The Easy Luggage service includes an insurance coverage and refund for a content up to € 500,00 for piece including damage at no additional cost.
On case of serious damage to the luggage the refund will be of €150,00 forfait for piece: those refunds cannot be cumulated.

The
luggage transport service allows customers the facility, at some
Frecciarossa stations, to book a station porter for a given time to assist with baggage.
The stations of the service are
Roma Termini, Florence S.M.N., Bologna Centrale and Milano Centrale.
You can use the luggage assistance service simply by
Calling the Trenitalia Call Center in Italy on 89.20.21 (
fee paying number) up to 8 pm of the day before departure. When booking,
you must give the operator details about your journey and the
PNR code on your ticket; then you can coordinate over time and the place for meeting the porter.
For
customers arriving the place to meet is on the platform outside the carriage you have given, and at the actual arrival time of your train. For
customers departing the meeting place at the station is agreed on directly with the Call Center operator.
The service cost is 5 euros, which must be paid to the service porter on the spot.
