Maximum luggage weight: 25 kg. For items of luggage weighing over 25 kg, you can select “Easy Luggage XL” when booking.
Maximum luggage dimensions: The sum of the three sides (width + depth + height) must not exceed 210 cm. Items of luggage with a side measurement of more than 120 cm in length are not permitted.

Ship your luggage in a few easy steps
Booking this service is simple.
Complete your purchase by selecting the payment method. After booking your shipment, you will receive an email containing all the information you need, as well as some documents, which you will need to print out.
NB: It is advisable to book your luggage pick-up a few days (and at least 24 hours) in advance of the collection date.
On the appointed day, a Zyppy representative will come to pick up your luggage at the address you provided during the booking process. Please note that our pick-up hours are between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. If you have any special requirements or difficulties, Zyppy’s Customer Care staff will be happy to help. For your convenience, you will be able to check the location of your luggage by entering the tracking number provided during the booking process in your ‘Customer Area’.
You will be free to enjoy your train journey with peace of mind, safe in the knowledge that all luggage travelling with Zyppy comes with the Zyppy Standard Formula coverage, which guarantees against damage and loss of up to €200 per suitcase.
For those who need extra protection, the Silver and Gold formulas are available for an additional fee, which extend coverage up to €500 and €1,000 per suitcase, respectively.
Your luggage will be looked after during all stages of the shipment, right up to the moment delivery is taken by the recipient you have indicated. Any unforeseen incidents will be dealt with by Zyppy staff, who will immediately endeavour to resolve any issues. You will receive notification of successful delivery and all the assistance you need to ensure the best service.
CartaFRECCIA members can insert their CartaFRECCIA code when booking the service.
Once you have entered the code, 1 point will be credited by Trenitalia for every euro you spend with Zyppy within 45 days of using the service.
Only the cost of shipping your luggage with Zyppy will be taken into consideration when crediting your CartaFRECCIA points. The cost of any additional services you may have added to the standard luggage shipment rate shall not count towards your CartaFRECCIA points.
Any points earned during this promotional offer shall not be considered qualifying points and cannot be used to qualify you for Silver, Gold or Platinum status.
