The Trenitalia contest, which ran from October 28 to November 28, 2025, has now come to an end. The initiative offered passengers travelling on Frecciarossa, Intercity, and Regional trains the chance to win exclusive prizes for the upcoming Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Winners can still access the dedicated website at www.direzionemilanocortina2026.com to check the delivery status of their prizes in their personal profile.
Winners will receive an email at the address provided during the prize acceptance phase from "Milano Cortina 2026 CTP Tickets No Reply", containing instructions on how to claim their tickets to access the competitions.
Specifically, you will need to:
- Download the Milano Cortina 2026 App and register using the same email address used to enter the contest;
- Enter the verification code sent via email into the App to complete your registration;
- Add the tickets to the App by clicking directly on the link provided in the email (it is recommended to do this via smartphone);
- Accept the terms and conditions
Tickets will be automatically available in the App and can be viewed at any time; the QR code will only be available in the App a few hours before the start of the competition.
