FRECCIALounge Rome Termini: try the new Meeting Room!

On the upper floor of the FRECCIALounge at Rome Termini, a Meeting Room is available for members; it has a work table with six seats and an LCD screen that can be connected to all your electronic devices.
You can book it in advance, also by calling the number of the FRECCIALounge Roma Termini (tel. 06 4742155), or checking availability at the time.
Entry to and use of the Meeting Room follow the same rules as for entry to the FRECCIALounge.
Platinum CartaFRECCIA holders can enter with two guests, Gold CartaFRECCIA holders with only one guest.
In addition, if the participants in your meeting exceed the number of guests permitted by your status, the same rules for entry to and stay in the FRECCIALounge apply to them.
We remind you that use of the Meeting Room is permitted once a day for a maximum of 60 minutes and can accommodate up to six guests.
Bring the efficiency of your office into the FRECCIALounge at Roma Termini; as a special promotion, the Meeting Room is free of charge until 31/12/18.

Limited to the FRECCIALounge at Roma Termini, a Meeting Room equipped with a work table, six seats and an LCD screen that can be connected to your electronic devices is available to members.
You can book use of the Meeting Room in advance, also by calling the number of the FRECCIALounge Roma Termini, or checking availability at the time.
Entry to and use of the Meeting Room follow the same rules as for entry to the FRECCIALounge.
Those who are entitled to use the Meeting Room can enter together with:
- two guests, for Platinum CartaFRECCIA holders;
- one guest, for Gold CartaFRECCIA holders;
Please note that in order to enter, guests must however:
- possess or purchase a Trenitalia train ticket at the internal ticket office for the same train purchased by the holder (for such purposes, possession or purchase of regional transport tickets, Smart Card/CLCFS and FS staff admission rights is not valid);
- possess or purchase a Trenitalia season ticket valid for any class or service level (possession of second class, standard or regional transport season tickets, with the exception of guests and children of Platinum CartaFRECCIA holders, who may also have or purchase second class season tickets, is not valid for entry).
If the participants in your meeting exceed the number of guests permitted, the same rules for entry to and stay in the FRECCIA Lounge apply to them.. In detail, it is necessary that these are:
1. Holders of SILVER Cartafreccia or CartaFRECCIA in possession of:
- a season ticket (annual or semi-annual) valid for entry to the FRECCIALounge and FRECCIAClub;
- a Carnet for 10 entries to the FRECCIALounge and FRECCIAClub;
- daily entry to the FRECCIALounge and FRECCIAClub.
Entry is permitted in the four hours prior to departure of the train, provided that holders are also in possession of:
- a Trenitalia train ticket (possession of regional transport tickets, Smart Card/CLCFS and FS staff admission rights is not valid for entry);
- a valid first class or business Trenitalia season ticket (possession of second class, standard or regional transport season tickets is not valid for entry).
2. Holders of Trenitalia tickets for the "Executive" level or the "AV Salottino" service, in the four hours prior to departure of the train and the hour following arrival of the train on which they have travelled.
3. Possessors of a Carnet for 10 first class/business trips with a reservation, in the four hours prior to departure of the booked train.
Please note that the Meeting Room can accommodate up to six guests.
Use of the Meeting Room is permitted once a day for a maximum limit of 60 minutes and, as a special promotion, is free of charge until 31/12/18.
