Follow these simple instructions to book your luggage storage:
- Search: select your luggage storage point.
- Book: make your online reservation by filling out the appropriate form (no registration required). Enter your X-GO code to earn points and enjoy the discount.
- Store: once you arrive at the storage point, show your QR code and drop off your bags.
- Pick up: show your reservation receipt and collect your luggage.
How to earn X-GO points
X-GO points are calculated on the total amount paid by X-GO members, including VAT, taxes and any additional services purchased.
If the booking or service purchase is modified, X-GO points will be recalculated based on the new amounts paid by the X-GO member.
If the booking/service purchase is cancelled, X-GO points will not be credited except for any penalties.
X-GO points will be credited up to 120 (one hundred and twenty) days after your luggage is picked up, in accordance with art. 9.3 of the X-GO Program Regulations.
If the X-GO points earned for the luggage storage service are not credited, X-GO members must contact the Radical Storage customer service directly, which will process the personal data provided as an Independent Data Controller.

With X-GO cashback, using your points is even easier than earning them!
You can claim a €3 discount for every 150 points.
When buying Regional and Intercity tickets, you can use cashback to:
- pay for part of your ticket using your points
- keep earning points on the remaining amount
- use as much cashback as you want*
- use your points to buy a ticket for a friend or family member.
You can start using cashback once you have at least 150 X-GO points, covering the rest of your ticket with another payment method.
When buying online or through the Trenitalia app, you can choose to apply cashback before completing your payment. If purchasing at a ticket office, simply ask the operator to apply it for you. Remember that cashback cannot be used if your shopping cart includes journeys on different types of trains.

Cashback can be used to purchase tickets through the following channels:
- this website
- the Trenitalia APP
- the Trenitalia Ticket Offices
- the FRECCIAClubs/FRECCIALounges.
Cashback cannot be used to purchase:
- Regionale Tickets with both origin and destination within the Region of Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna or the Autonomous Province of Trento or Bolzano;
- inter-regional Tickets with origin or destination within Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, or the Autonomous Province of Trento or Bolzano;
- Tickets for services provided by other businesses such as, merely by way of non-exhaustive example, Ferrovie del Sud Est e Servizi automobilistici S.r.l., Trenord S.r.l. and Trenitalia Tper S.c.a.r.l.;
- Regionale and Intercity season tickets;
- Regionale and Intercity carnets;
- any integrated regional fares (the “Tariffe 41” fares);
- any regional promotions, including the Weekend Insieme, 3-day and 5-day Italia in Tour and Estate Insieme offers;
- ticket changes made on board trains;
- Tickets purchased on board trains;
- Tickets relating to promotional offers, unless otherwise specified in the terms and conditions for the offer;
- right-to-board Tickets;
- “Tutto Treno” cards and similar products;
- Tickets for Eurocity and Euronight trains;
- Tickets with group offers;
- Tickets for Frecciarossa, Frecciargento and Frecciabianca trains and for the Freccialinks;
- Tickets purchased through sales channels other than those indicated above (such as authorised travel agencies, for example);
- the Global Pass.
Moreover, cashback cannot be used for the purchase of combined travel solutions, where the shopping cart contains a Frecce Ticket in addition to the purchase of Trenitalia’s Intercity/Intercity Notte or Regionale services.
Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with other discount coupons.
Booking changes (date/time) are permitted free of charge for Intercity/Intercity Notte tickets purchased using cashback, if allowed by the type of offer purchased.
Date/time changes are permitted for tickets for the Regional service purchased using cashback, if provided for by the type of offer purchased.
If a ticket purchased using cashback is changed, whether for an Intercity/Intercity Notte or Regional service, the points spent cannot be re-credited and the right to re-use the value of the cashback is lost. If necessary, the customer must pay to make up any difference in price.
The value of any cashback cannot be refunded or compensated. In other words, any refunds or compensation issued will only reflect the amount actually paid for any ticket purchased using cashback, if provided for by the type of offer purchased.
Any points earned are valid within the terms established by the initiative and cannot be converted into cash in any way.
