• If a dangerous situation arises, keep calm; alert the train personnel and follow their instructions.
• If a fire breaks out, move along the train and away from the source of the smoke, keeping your nose and mouth covered.
• Do not open the external doors while the traini is in motion.
• Unless you are in immediate danger, only leave the train when authorised to do so by the train personnel and on the side indicated; if the external doors do not open, use the windows marked as emergency exits.
• Leave all luggage on the train.

For an orderly and efficient evacuation in a tunnel please follow the instructions provided by the train personnel either directly or over over the train P.A. system, while bearing in mind the following general indications:

• Once off the train, you must head in the most appropriate direction for evacuation by following the signs on the tunnel walls and/or the indication of the train personnel.
• While in the tunnel, walk along the side pavement only and be sure to avoid encroaching on the tracks.
• Crossing of the tracks, if required in order to reach the exit, must be authorized in advance by the train personnel.
• During the evacuation you must keep calm and at the all times. Avoid pushing or crowding the people in front and do not panic.
• People with reduced mobility should be helped as much as possible.
• On reaching the exit, remain in the area and follow the instructions provided by rescue teams.

• Do not leave any valuable items in the pockets of jackets or coats you hang on the hooks or anywhere else.
• Never leave your luggage unattended, especially during the stops.
• Forgot your ricket? Forget your trip!” Have your ticket with you during the entire trip.

• Don’t open the doors or board the train before it stops. Don’t board where there is no platform. Don’t lean against the doors.
• Don't board the train while the doors are closing.
