Nell'area break ti aspetta una vasta gamma di snack, caffè e bevande fresche, ed esclusivamente nei FRECCIALounge trovi anche food ricercato e prodotti freschissimi di giornata.
In tutte le sale è offerto un servizio di Wi-Fi gratuito.

Chi può accedere? Nei FRECCIALounge puoi accedere con la CartaFRECCIA Oro o Platino, nei FRECCIAClub anche con quella Argento, e se hai o intendi acquistare un biglietto, oppure se hai un biglietto Executive, AV salottino o un Carnet 10 viaggi o 15 viaggi di 1° classe/Business/Executive con la relativa prenotazione, validi per viaggiare in giornata.

Con il biglietto di accesso ai FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub puoi accedervi e usufruire dei relativi servizi, solo nelle 4 ore antecedenti l'orario di partenza del treno acquistato e compatibilmente con gli orari di apertura. Per accedere ai FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub devi utilizzare il codice di accesso che è riportato sul tuo biglietto.

Posso modificare o rimborsare il biglietto di accesso? Puoi richiedere il cambio del servizio di accesso ai FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub solo congiuntamente al titolo di viaggio al quale è associato. Puoi invece richiedere il rimborso integrale del servizio accedendo alla tua area riservata o richiamando il dettaglio del tuo viaggio (utilizzando l'email indicata in fase di acquisto e il codice PNR del biglietto) nella pagina "Cerca e modifica il biglietto"

The FRECCIALounge and the FRECCIAClub rooms are waiting for you in order to make the wait for your trip a unique experience. Located near High-Speed train platforms, they are the ideal places for starting your trip in an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.

What can I do in the FRECCIALounge and the FRECCIAClub rooms? You can ask for information about Trenitalia offers and buy train tickets at the "welcome area".
You can connect to the Frecce Portal which offers a wide selection of entertainment content: a digital newsstand to leaf through the top newspapers directly from your smartphone or tablet, music, TV series and programmes, cartoons for children, news content and much more.
All the rooms offer a free Wi-Fi service.

Who can access these rooms? You can access the FRECCIALounge with the Gold or Platinum CartaFRECCIA, the FRECCIAClub also with the Silver one, and if you have or intend to buy a ticket, or if you have an Executive, AV lounge or a 10-Journey or 15-Journey Carnet in 1st class/Business/Executive with the relevant reservation, valid for travelling during that day. If you are in possession of the Base CartaFRECCIA you can gain access by purchasing one of the valid season tickets/carnets which allow access to the FRECCIALounges and FRECCIAClubs.
You can also purchase, on this website, through the Call Center, at ticket offices or authorised travel agencies, a single day’s access to one of our FRECCIAClubs at a cost of just €20 and access to one of our FRECCIALounges for the following price: €30 for the FRECCIALounge in Roma Termini and Milano Centrale stations and €25 for the FRECCIALounge in Bologna Centrale, Firenze S.M.N. and Napoli Centrale stations, together with any type of train ticket (except Season tickets and books of tickets), for any class or service level, valid for travel on domestic trains (regional and international tickets are excluded).

If I purchase a ticket to access the FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub, when can I access this? With your ticket to the FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub you can access and use the relevant services only during the 4 hours before the departure time of the purchased train ticket and within the opening hours. To access the FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub you must use the access code written on your ticket.

Can I change my access ticket or have a refund? You can ask for a change in the access service to the FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub only in conjunction with the ticket with which it is associated. You can ask for a full refund of the service by accessing your customer area or by calling up the details of your journey (using the e-mail address indicated at the time of purchase and the PNR code of the ticket) on the page "Manage your ticket"

Puis-je modifier ou me faire rembourser le billet d'entrée? Vous ne pouvez demander l'échange du service d'accès aux FRECCIALounge/FRECCIAClub uniquement avec le billet auquel il est associé.

En revanche, vous pouvez demander un remboursement total du service en accédant à votre espace client ou en rappelant les détails de votre voyage (à l'aide de l'adresse e-mail indiquée lors de la phase d'achat et du code PNR du billet) sur la page "Rechercher et modifier mon billet".

Für den Zutritt zu den FRECCIALounge-/FRECCIAClub-Warteräumen ist der auf dem Fahrschein angegebene Zugangscode zu verwenden.

Ist eine änderung oder Rückerstattung des Zugangstickets möglich? Sie können den Zugangsservice zu den FRECCIALounge-/FRECCIAClub-Warteräumen nur gleichzeitig mit einer änderung des entsprechenden Fahrscheins ändern. Die Beantragung einer vollständigen Rückerstattung des Service ist jedoch im Kundenbereich oder durch Angabe Ihrer Reisedetails (unter Verwendung der beim Kauf angegebenen E-Mail-Adresse und des PNR-Codes des Tickets) auf der Seite “Fahrschein suchen und ändern” möglich
