Staff of Customer Service can also be found on or near departure platforms to provide all information necessary for the journey.

In the event of serious problems related to disruptions of rail traffic, all the assistance services provided for by European Regulation 1371/2007 are guaranteed, such as for example:

real-time information on serious problems in progress;

refund in the event of cancellation of the journey;

rescheduling of the journey with continuation on another train or on alternative routes; use of alternative transport where necessary;

accommodation and distribution of convenience goods in cases of necessity or where provided for.
