Viaggia con il tuo cane
Aggiungendo a carrello questo servizio ogni viaggiatore può trasportare un cane di qualsiasi taglia su tutte le categorie di treni nazionali, in prima e seconda classe e nei livelli di servizio Executive, Business, Standard (escluso il livello di servizio Premium, l'Area Silenzio, il Salottino, gli autoservizi sostitutivi, il servizio bus Freccialink e servizi bus modali), sui servizi Cuccette e Vagoni letto purché acquistati ad uso esclusivo e sui treni regionali rispettando alcune piccole e semplici regole:
- tenere il proprio cane al guinzaglio e munito di museruola;
- portare il certificato di iscrizione all'anagrafe canina e il libretto sanitario (o, per i cani dei cittadini stranieri, il passaporto del cane in sostituzione di entrambi i documenti) da esibire al personale di bordo;
- non accedere alla carrozza ristorante/bar in compagnia del proprio cane.
Ti ricordiamo che i cani di piccola taglia, i gatti ed altri piccoli animali domestici da compagnia (custoditi nell'apposito contenitore di dimensioni non superiori a 70x30x50) sono invece ammessi gratuitamente nella prima e nella seconda classe di tutte le categorie di treni e nei livelli di servizio Executive, Business, Premium, Standard e sui treni regionali. A bordo delle cuccette e vagoni letto, devi acquistare il compartimento per intero.
E' ammesso un solo contenitore per ciascun viaggiatore.
Il trasporto del cane non è ammesso sui treni regionali espressamente indicati nell'Orario Ufficiale, con apposita indicazione. I cani ammessi nelle carrozze non possono occupare posti destinati ai passeggeri o intralciare il passaggio. Il passeggero con il cane ha l'obbligo di provvedere alla sorveglianza ed è il solo responsabile di tutti i danni eventualmente arrecati dal cane stesso.
Il cane guida per i non vedenti può invece viaggiare su tutti i treni gratuitamente senza alcun obbligo.

Travelling with your dog
When you purchase a pet ticket, each passenger is permitted to bring a dog of any size with them onboard all national train types, in first and second class and in the Executive, Business, and Standard service levels (excluding the Premium service level, the Quiet Zone, and private compartments, as well as replacement bus services and the Freccialink bus service), and onboard regional trains, provided they respect a few simple rules:
- your dog must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle;
- carry your dog's canine registry certificate and health booklet (or, for dog owners who are foreign nationals, your dog's pet passport in lieu of both documents) with you to be presented to onboard staff;
- do not enter the restaurant/café carriage with your dog.
We would like to remind passengers that small dogs, cats and other small pets (kept in an appropriate pet carrier not exceeding 70 x 30 x 50 cm) are, however, permitted to travel for free in first and second class compartments on all train types and in the Executive, Business, Premium and Standard service levels and on regional trains.
Only one pet carrier is permitted for each traveller.
Dogs are not permitted on board certain regional trains, which are explicitly indicated on the Official Timetable. Dogs that are permitted to travel in coaches must not occupy seats reserved for other passengers or block the aisle. The passenger travelling with their dog is obliged to watch over their animal and shall be held solely responsible for all damage caused by the dog itself.
Furthermore, please be advised that guide dogs for the blind and visually impaired are permitted to travel on all trains free of charge without requiring a pet ticket.

Voyagez avec votre chien
En ajoutant ce service dans son panier, tout voyageur peut transporter un chien de toute taille dans toutes les catégories de trains nationaux, en première et deuxième classe et dans les niveaux de service Executive, Business et Standard (à l'exclusion du niveau de service Premium, de la Zone de silence, du Salon, des services de substitution sur route et du service de bus Freccialink), ainsi que dans les trains régionaux, en respectant quelques règles simples :
- garder votre chien en laisse et avec une muselière;
- se munir du certificat d'inscription au registre canin et du carnet de santé ou, pour les voyages internationaux, du passeport de l'animal à présenter à l'équipage;
- Ne pas entrer dans la voiture restaurant ou bar avec le chien.
Un seul animal de compagnie est autorisé par voyageur.
Nous vous rappelons que les petits chiens, chats et autres petits animaux de compagnie, sont admis gratuitement s'ils voyagent dans un sac, un panier ou une cage de taille standard. Un seul sac, panier ou cage est autorisé par voyageur.
Le transport de chiens n'est pas autorisé à bord des trains régionaux expressément indiqués en présence de la mention spécifique sur le tableau des horaires officiels. Les chiens admis à bord des voitures ne peuvent pas occuper de sièges destinés aux passagers ni gêner le passage. Il incombe au passager de surveiller son chien. Il sera tenu pour unique responsable en cas d'éventuels dommages causés par son animal.
Les chiens d'assistances peuvent voyager dans tous les trains gratuitement.

Reisen Sie mit Ihrem Hund
Durch Hinzufügen dieses Services in den Warenkorb kann jeder Reisende einen Hund jeder beliebigen Größe transportieren, in allen Kategorien der nationalen Züge, in der ersten und zweiten Klasse und den Service-Levels Executive, Business, Standard (mit Ausnahme des Service-Levels Premium, des Ruhebereichs, der Lounge, der Ersatz-Autoservices und des Busservices Freccialink) und mit den Regionalzügen, wobei einige einfache Regeln beachtet werden müssen:
- 1. Halten Sie Ihren Hund an der Leine und setzen Sie ihm einen Maulkorb auf;
- 2. Führen Sie die Bescheinigung des Hundemelderegisters sowie das Gesundheitszeugnis (oder, für Hunde ausländischer Staatsbürger, den Hundepass als Ersatz beider Dokumente) mit sich, die dem Zugpersonal vorgelegt werden müssen;
- 3. Nehmen Sie Ihren Hund nicht mit in den Speise-/Barwagen.
Wir erinnern Sie daran, dass kleine Hunde, Katzen und andere kleine Haustiere (die in entsprechenden Transportbehältern mit einer Größe von maximal 70x30x50 cm untergebracht sind) in der ersten und zweiten Klasse aller Zugkategorien und in den Service-Levels Executive, Business, Premium und Standard und in den Regionalzügen kostenlos befördert werden. Pro Person ist nur ein Transportbehälter zugelassen.
Der Transport von Hunden ist in den Regionalzügen, die ausdrücklich im offiziellen Fahrplan angeführt und entsprechend gekennzeichnet sind, nicht erlaubt. Die in den Wagen zulässigen Hunde dürfen die für Fahrgäste vorgesehenen Sitzplätze nicht belegen und den Durchgang nicht behindern. Der Fahrgast, der einen Hund mitführt, muss diesen überwachen und gilt als einziger Verantwortlicher für alle vom Hund eventuell verursachten Schäden.
Blindenhunde können hingegen ohne Auflagen in allen Zügen kostenlos reisen.
