L’opzione tiRimborso è acquistabile su tutti i canali di vendita, contestualmente al biglietto, al costo di  3 € per le offerte Super Economy, FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR, FrecciaDAYS, Me&You, Insieme, Speciale Eventi e FrecciaFRIENDS e di  1 € per le offerte Economy, Young e Senior.

Con questa opzione puoi richiedere il rimborso parziale fino alle ore 24 del secondo giorno antecedente la partenza del treno con una trattenuta del 10%.

Con le offerte Economy, Super Economy, Young, Senior, Me&You, Insieme, Speciale Eventi e FrecciaFRIENDS l’importo del rimborso ti viene accreditato sulla stessa modalità di pagamento che hai utilizzato per l’acquisto; con le offerte FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR e FrecciaDAYS il rimborso viene corrisposto tramite bonus, valido per l’acquisto di un nuovo titolo di viaggio. Il bonus ha una validità di dodici mesi dalla data di emissione e non è convertibile in denaro.; con le offerte FrecciaYoung, FrecciaSenior, FrecciaDays e Speciale Frecce il rimborso viene corrisposto tramite bonus, valido per l'acquisto di un nuovo titolo di viaggio. Il bonus ha una validità di dodici mesi dalla data di emissione e non è convertibile in denaro.

L'opzione è valida per biglietti Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte ed Eurocity su tratta nazionale. Non è acquistabile per i biglietti di importo pari o inferiore a 10€. L'importo corrisposto per l'opzione tiRimborso non è rimborsabile e non concorre al calcolo della quota rimborsabile o indennizzabile.

Per le offerteMe&You, Insieme e FrecciaFRIENDS  l'opzione TiRimborso deve essere acquistata da tutti i componenti del gruppo e il rimborso si ottiene solo a condizione che la richiesta avvenga contemporaneamente e per tutti i passeggeri. Non è ammesso il rimborso parziale di parte dei componenti del gruppo.

With the “tiRimborso” (Ticket Refund) option, even Economy and Super Economy tickets as well as FrecciaYoung, FrecciaSenior, Young, Senior, Me&You, Insieme, FrecciaDays, Special Events and FrecciaFRIENDS offers are now also refundable!

You can add the tiRimborso option through all sales channels when purchasing your ticket. It costs  € 3 for the Super Economy, FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR, FrecciaDAYS, Me&You, Insieme, Special Events and FrecciaFRIENDS offers, and  € 1 for the Economy, Young and Senior offers.  
With this option, you can request a partial refund up to midnight on the second day before the departure of your booked train, subject to a 10% deduction to the original purchase price.

For the Economy, Super Economy, Young, Senior, Me&You,  Insieme, Special Events and FrecciaFRIENDS offers, the refund amount will be credited to the same payment method you used for your original purchase. For the FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR and FrecciaDAYS offers, the refund will take the form of a bonus valid for the purchase of a new ticket. The bonus is valid for twelve months from the date of issue and cannot be converted into cash.

The option is valid for Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte and Eurocity tickets on national routes. It cannot be purchased for tickets with a total cost less than or equal to €10. The amount paid for the “tiRimborso” option is non-refundable and does not contribute to the calculation of the refundable or compensable amount.

For the  Me&You, Insieme and FrecciaFRIENDS offers, the tiRimborso option must be purchased by all members of the group, and refunds will be made at the same time for all passengers. A partial refund of the offer for only some members of the group is not permitted.

Avec l’option tiRimborso, votre billet acheté avec les offres Economy, Super Economy, FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR, Young, Senior, Me&You, Insieme, FrecciaDAYS, Événements spéciaux et FrecciaFRIENDS peut être remboursé.

Le bonus est valable pendant douze mois à compter de la date d’émission et n’est pas convertible en espèces.

L'option est valable pour les billets Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte et Eurocity sur les lignes nationales. Elle ne peut pas être achetée pour des billets de 10 euros ou moins. Le montant payé pour l'option tiRimborso n'est pas remboursable et ne compte pas dans le calcul de la part remboursable ou indemnisable.

Pour les offres Me&You, Insieme et FrecciaFRIENDS, l’option tiRimborso doit être souscrite par tous les membres du groupe et le remboursement a lieu simultanément pour tous les voyageurs. L’option est valable pour les voyages Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte et Eurocity sur les lignes nationales.

Die Option „tiRimborso“ kann zusammen mit dem Fahrschein über alle Verkaufskanäle zum Preis von 3 € für die Angebote Super Economy, FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR, FrecciaDAYS, Me&You, Insieme, Speciale Eventi und FrecciaFRIENDS und zum Preis von  1 € für die Angebote Economy, Young und Senior gekauft werden.  

Mit dieser Option können Sie die teilweise Rückerstattung bis 24 Uhr des zweiten Tages vor der Abfahrt des Zuges mit einem Abzug von 10 % anfordern.

Mit den Angeboten Economy, Super Economy, Young, Senior, Me&You, Insieme, Speciale Eventi und FrecciaFRIENDS wird Ihnen der Betrag der Rückerstattung auf derselben Zahlungsart, die Sie für den Kauf verwendet haben, gutgeschrieben. Mit den Angeboten FrecciaYOUNG, FrecciaSENIOR und FrecciaDAYS erfolgt die Rückerstattung mittels Gutschein, der für den Kauf eines neuen Fahrscheins gültig ist. Der Gutschein hat eine Gültigkeit von zwölf Monaten ab Ausstellungsdatum und kann nicht in Geld umgewandelt werden.

Die Option ist gültig für die Fahrscheine Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte und Eurocity auf nationaler Strecke. Sie kann nicht für Fahrscheine von bis zu 10 € gekauft werden. Der für die Option „tiRimborso” bezahlte Betrag ist nicht rückerstattbar und wird bei der Berechnung des rückerstattbaren oder entschädigenden Anteils nicht berücksichtigt.

Für die Angebote Me&You, Insieme und FrecciaFRIENDS muss die Option „tiRimborso“ von allen Gruppenmitgliedern gekauft werden und die Rückerstattung erfolgt gleichzeitig für alle Fahrgäste.
