City Sightseeing® Italy opera i servizi 'Sali scendi' a marchio 'City Sightseeing®' attraverso le sue affiliate.
1. TARIFFE
1.1 Le tariffe indicate sono comprensive di IVA. Il costo del servizio è per persona o gruppo e soggetto a validità come indicato sul voucher.
1.2 Le tariffe orarie (24, 48, 72 ore) indicano le ore consecutive di validità del biglietto; la validità parte dal momento della prima salita a bordo del bus
1.3 la tariffa giornaliera (1 day) ha scadenza a fine giornata
1.4 I bambini da 5 a 15 anni compiuti hanno una tariffa scontata, i bambini da 0 a 4 anni hanno tariffa gratuita

Il voucher è acquistabile con una data posteriore di massimo 5 giorni rispetto a quella del biglietto ferroviario, sul sito internet trenitalia.com, sull'App di Trenitalia, nelle biglietterie Trenitalia e nelle agenzie di viaggio abilitate
- 20% di sconto sul biglietto City Sightseeing del bus se sei titolare CartaFRECCIA o X-GO e acquisti il servizio sul sito web di CitySightseeing o a bordo del bus, comunicando, al momento dell'acquisto, il codice CartaFRECCIA oppure il codice X-GO

3. MODALITÀ CAMBIO VOUCHER
3.1 è necessario che tu stampi il voucher del tour da presentare al personale addetto secondo le indicazioni riportate sul voucher, dove verrà ritirato e sostituito con un titolo valido che ti darà diritto di usufruire del servizio senza nessun ulteriore pagamento. Per i tour 'City Sightseeing' Tu riceverai comunque una prestazione di trasporto effettuata da una delle società affiliate alla City Sightseeing® Italy.
3.2 Il voucher può essere utilizzato una sola volta e non può essere utilizzato oltre le date di validità indicate sullo stesso.
3.3 Per quanto riguarda i servizi 'City Sightseeing' tutti i bambini di età inferiore ai 15 anni devono essere accompagnati da un adulto.

In abbinamento ai biglietti Trenitalia sarà possibile acquistare in determinate date, i voucher per i servizi di City Sightseeing nelle città di Roma; Firenze; Milano; Napoli; Torino; Palermo; Genova; Verona; Padova e Livorno
5. CONTRAFFAZIONI
Eventuali contraffazioni di voucher saranno immediatamente segnalate alle autorità giudiziarie.
6. RIMBORSI
6.1 City Sightseeing Italy e tutte le sue Affiliate faranno di tutto per offrire un servizio regolare secondo la programmazione prevista. City Sightseeing Italy non sarà in alcun modo responsabile nei confronti del titolare del biglietto per perdite, danni, disagi, ritardo, modifica, sospensione, revoca del servizio in conseguenza di qualsiasi motivo non imputabile alla stessa.
6.2 Le richieste di rimborso dovranno essere presentate via e-mail all'indirizzo sotto riportato, entro 10 giorni dalla data di effettuazione del tour e saranno accettate a discrezione della City Sightseeing e comunque per casi di circostanze eccezionali; insieme alla richiesta di rimborso , da inviare a info@city-sightseeing.it, dovrà essere allegato il biglietto del servizio in originale, ed indicato le seguenti informazioni: data di acquisto voucher, numero d'ordine del voucher, nome del cliente riportato sul voucher.
6.3 Al rimborso concesso sarà applicata una penale del 20%. In ogni caso il rimborso potrà arrivare fino all'ammontare complessivo del costo della tua prenotazione
6.4 Per le informazioni sulle fermate, gli orari e le aperture dei servizi vi invitiamo a leggere attentamente quanto riportato sul sito www.city-sightseeing.it

8. CLAUSOLA DI ESONERO DA RESPONSABILITA'
8.1 Per quanto consentito dalla legge, né City Sightseeing Italy né nessuno dei nostri operatori, responsabili, impiegati, rappresentanti, filiali, società affiliate o persone coinvolte nella produzione, nella sponsorizzazione, nella promozione o nella divulgazione del sito e dei suoi contenuti, saremo ritenuti responsabili per:
- i ritardi dei servizi, incapacità di utilizzo dei Servizi, errori nell'utilizzo dei Servizi
- i danni (diretti, indiretti, consequenziali o punitivi), le perdite o costi a cui si è andati incontro in seguito all'incapacità di utilizzo dei servizi
- lesioni fisiche, morte, danni alla proprietà o altri tipi di danni (diretti, indiretti, speciali, consequenziali o punitivi), perdite o costi subiti, pagati o a cui si è andati incontro, comprese le cancellazioni (parziali), l'overbooking (solo per quanto riguarda alcuni prodotti), lo sciopero, la forza maggiore o qualunque altro evento a noi non imputabile, seguito l' utilizzo dei Nostri Servizi
- i ritardi dei servizi, incapacità di utilizzo dei Servizi, errori nell'utilizzo dei Servizi
- i danni (diretti, indiretti, consequenziali o punitivi), le perdite o costi a cui si è andati incontro in seguito all'incapacità di utilizzo dei servizi

9. TARIFFE E POLITICHE DI ACCESSO A BORDO DEI BUS CITY SIGHTSEENG® PER ANIMALI DOMESTICI
9.1 è permesso l'accesso ad animali domestici di piccola e media taglia in modo che siano inoffensivi e solo se rispettano le caratteristiche di seguito elencate. Resta fermo che il conducente può negare l'accesso dell'animale a bordo del mezzo nel caso in cui ritenga che la sua presenza a bordo possa recare danno alla sicurezza del mezzo e dei passeggeri. L'animale può essere allontanato anche in un secondo momento, senza diritto al rimborso del biglietto, ad insindacabile giudizio del personale di bordo, nel caso in cui possa arrecare disturbo o pericolo alle persone a bordo del mezzo.
9.2 è obbligatorio l'utilizzo di guinzaglio e museruola, in alternativa alla museruola è concesso comunque l'utilizzo del trasportino o gabbietta. Gli animali domestici con particolari condizioni anatomiche, fisiologiche o patologiche che non possono far uso della museruola devono viaggiare all'interno di trasportino o gabbiette. Il detentore deve assicurarsi che il trasportino o gabbietta non sia in uno stato di degrado, che non abbia cibo al suo interno, che sia ottime condizioni di pulizia, e che non arrechi danno alle persone a bordo dell'autobus.
9.3 Il detentore si deve inoltre assicurare che l'animale non crei disturbo o danno ad alcuno dei passeggeri o dello staff di bordo e che non sporchi il mezzo, pena risarcimento del danno causato. Il proprietario dell'animale o detentore risponde per i danni cagionati dall'animale ad i sensi dell'articolo 2051 cc.
9.4 è ammesso l'accesso ad i cani guida per non vendenti purché siano muniti di museruola e guinzaglio.
9.5 L'accesso di animali domestici a bordo del mezzo è gratuito purché accompagnati a un passeggero pagante.
9.6 è vietato l'accesso a bordo del mezzo per animali feroci e/o velenosi.
9.2 è obbligatorio l'utilizzo di guinzaglio e museruola, in alternativa alla museruola è concesso comunque l'utilizzo del trasportino o gabbietta. Gli animali domestici con particolari condizioni anatomiche, fisiologiche o patologiche che non possono far uso della museruola devono viaggiare all'interno di trasportino o gabbiette. Il detentore deve assicurarsi che il trasportino o gabbietta non sia in uno stato di degrado, che non abbia cibo al suo interno, che sia ottime condizioni di pulizia, e che non arrechi danno alle persone a bordo dell'autobus.
9.3 Il detentore si deve inoltre assicurare che l'animale non crei disturbo o danno ad alcuno dei passeggeri o dello staff di bordo e che non sporchi il mezzo, pena risarcimento del danno causato. Il proprietario dell'animale o detentore risponde per i danni cagionati dall'animale ad i sensi dell'articolo 2051 cc.
9.4 è ammesso l'accesso ad i cani guida per non vendenti purché siano muniti di museruola e guinzaglio.
9.5 L'accesso di animali domestici a bordo del mezzo è gratuito purché accompagnati a un passeggero pagante.
9.6 è vietato l'accesso a bordo del mezzo per animali feroci e/o velenosi.
10. TARIFFE PASSEGGERI DIVERSAMENTE ABILI PER IL SERVIZIO CITY SIGHTSEEING ® Hop On Hop Off
10.1 è ammesso l'accesso di sedie a rotelle a bordo del mezzo solo nel caso in cui l'autobus sia munito di una pedana per disabili ed un apposito spazio per il collocamento della sedia a rotelle.
10.2 Durante il trasporto è obbligatorio che sia il passeggero che la carrozzina siano posti in condizioni di sicurezza con la cintura di sicurezza predisposta sull'autobus allacciata, la carrozzina dovrà essere bloccata con il proprio freno delle ruote e posizionata negli spazi e nel verso come stabilito dal layout del mezzo. In caso non ci sia garanzia di queste condizioni City Sightseeing non consentirà l'accesso a bordo del mezzo, tutelando così sia il passeggero diversamente abile che gli altri passeggeri trasportati. Gli autobus sono omologati per un solo posto adibito al trasporto di carrozzine.
10.3 Tutte le persone diversamente abili che presentano una disabilità inferiore al 75% dovranno pagare la tariffa intera prevista per l'età del passeggero, per chi presenta una disabilità maggiore o uguale al 75% è concesso un biglietto omaggio per la persona con disabilità purché sia accompagnata da una persona pagante. La scoutistica/gratuità sopra indicata potrà essere concessa SOLO su presentazione di un idoneo certificato, in caso di mancata presentazione sarà applicata la tariffa intera.

11. RECENSIONI, COMMENTI, COMUNICAZIONI E ALTRI CONTENUTI
11.1 è consentito pubblicare recensioni, commenti e altri contenuti, inviare cartoline elettroniche e altre comunicazioni e sottoporre suggerimenti, idee, commenti, domande o altre informazioni, purché il contenuto non sia illecito (ovvero osceno, abusivo, intimidatorio, diffamatorio, non violi la privacy, i diritti di proprietà intellettuale o non sia in altro modo offensivo verso noi e/o terzi o deplorevole e non sia o comunque non contenga virus, propaganda politica, sollecitazione commerciale, catena di Sant'Antonio, e-mail di massa o qualunque altra forma di spamming). Non potrai utilizzare un indirizzo di posta elettronica falso, fingere di essere un'altra persona o soggetto o in altro modo mentire in merito all'origine di una cartolina o di altro contenuto. Ci riserviamo il diritto di rimuovere o modificare tale contenuto.

4. LIST OF CITIES WHERE THE CITY SIGHTSEEING SERVICE CAN BE PURCHASED IN COMBINATION WITH TRENITALIA TICKETS
In combination with Trenitalia tickets, it will be possible, on certain dates, to purchase vouchers for City Sightseeing services in the cities of Rome, Florence, Milan, Naples, Turin, Palermo, Genoa, Verona, Padua and Livorno.

All counterfeit vouchers will be immediately reported to the judicial authorities.
6. REFUNDS
6.1 City Sightseeing Italy and all its affiliates will do their utmost to provide a timely service following the regularly planned schedule. 9. FARES AND POLICIES FOR PET ACCESS ON-BOARD CITY SIGHTSEEING® BUSES
9.1 Small and medium-sized pets are allowed on board provided they are harmless to passengers and only if they comply with the characteristics listed below. It is understood that the driver may refuse entry to the pet on to the vehicle if he/she believes that its presence on board could be detrimental to the safety of the vehicle and its passengers. At the sole discretion of on-board personnel, the animal may also be removed after boarding, without the right to a ticket refund, if it causes a disturbance or is considered a danger to other passengers on the vehicle.
9.2 The use of a leash and muzzle is mandatory; the use of a pet carrier or cage is permitted as an alternative to a muzzle. Pets with special anatomical, physiological or pathological conditions that prevent the use of a muzzle must travel inside a pet carrier or cage. The pet owner/handler must ensure that the pet carrier or cage is in good working order, it does not contain food, it is perfectly clean, and that it does not cause damage to other passengers on board the bus.

Should these conditions not be guaranteed, City Sightseeing will not allow entry on board the vehicle, thus ensuring the safety and protection of both the disabled passenger and the other passengers on board. The buses are authorised with a space designated to carry only one wheelchair at a time.

9. TARIFS ET POLITIQUES D'ACCÈS À BORD DES BUS CITY SIGHTSEENG® POUR LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE
9.1 L'accès aux animaux de compagnie de petite et moyenne taille est autorisé dans la mesure où ils ne présentent aucun risque et qu'ils respectent les caractéristiques énumérées ci-dessous. Il est entendu que le conducteur peut refuser l'accès de l'animal à bord du véhicule s'il estime que sa présence à bord pourrait porter atteinte à la sécurité du véhicule et des passagers. L'animal peut également être éloigné ultérieurement, sans droit au remboursement du billet, à la discrétion du personnel de bord, dans le cas où il pourrait perturber ou mettre en danger les personnes à bord du véhicule.
9.2 L'utilisation d'une laisse et d'une muselière est obligatoire ; en alternative à la muselière, l'utilisation d'un porte-animal ou d'une cage est autorisée. Les animaux de compagnie présentant des conditions anatomiques, physiologiques ou pathologiques particulières qui ne peuvent pas utiliser une muselière doivent voyager à l'intérieur d'un porte-animal ou d'une cage. Le détenteur doit s'assurer que le porte-animal ou la cage n'est pas abîmée, qu'il n'y a pas de nourriture à l'intérieur, que les conditions de nettoyage sont excellentes et qu'il ne nuise pas aux personnes à bord du bus.
9.3 Le détenteur doit également veiller à ce que l'animal ne gêne ni les passagers ni le personnel à bord et ne salisse pas le véhicule, sous peine de dédommagement pour les dommages causés. Le propriétaire de l'animal ou son détenteur est responsable des dommages causés par l'animal conformément à l'article 2051 du code civil italien.
9.4 L'accès des chiens d'aveugle est autorisé à condition qu'ils soient muselés et tenus en laisse.
9.5 L'accès des animaux de compagnie à bord du véhicule est gratuit à condition qu'ils soient accompagnés d'un passager payant.

10.3 Toutes les personnes à mobilité réduite présentant un handicap inférieur à 75 % devront payer le plein tarif prévu pour l'âge du passager. Pour les personnes présentant un handicap supérieur ou égal à 75 %, un billet gratuit est accordé à la personne handicapée à condition qu'elle soit accompagnée d'une personne payante. La remise/la gratuité indiquée ci-dessus peut être accordée UNIQUEMENT sur présentation d'un certificat approprié. En cas de non-présentation, le plein tarif sera appliqué.

11.1 Il est permis de publier des avis, des commentaires et d'autres contenus, d'envoyer des cartes postales électroniques et d'autres communications et de soumettre des suggestions, des idées, des commentaires, des questions ou d'autres informations, à condition que le contenu ne soit pas illicite (ou obscène, abusif, intimidant, diffamatoire, ne viole pas la vie privée, les droits de propriété intellectuelle ou ne soit en aucune autre manière offensant pour nous et/ou des tiers ou regrettable et ne soit pas ou du moins ne contienne pas de virus, de propagande politique, de sollicitation commerciale, de chaînes de lettres, de courriers électroniques en masse ou toute autre forme de pollupostage). City Sightseeing® Italy betreibt über die eigenen Partnerunternehmen die Serviceleistungen "Ein- und Aussteigen" unter dem Markennamen "City Sightseeing®".
1. TARIFE
1.1 Die angegebenen Tarife beinhalten die gesetzliche Mehrwertsteuer. Die Gebühren für den Service verstehen sich pro Person oder Gruppe und unterliegen der auf dem Gutschein angegebenen Gültigkeit.
1.2 Die Stundentarife (24, 48, 72 Stunden) geben aufeinanderfolgende Stunden der Gültigkeit des Fahrscheins an; die Gültigkeit beginnt ab dem Zeitpunkt des ersten Einstiegs in einen Bus
1.3 Der Tagestarif (1 Tag) läuft am Ende des Tages ab
1.4 Für Kinder zwischen 5 und 15 Jahren gilt ein ermäßigter Tarif, Kinder zwischen 0 und 4 Jahren fahren kostenlos

2. TRENITALIA-ERMÄSSIGUNGEN FÜR CITY SIGHTSEEING-SERVICELEISTUNGEN
2.1 Wenn Sie Trenitalia-Kunde sind können Sie folgende Ermäßigungen in Anspruch nehmen:
- 20 % Ermäßigung auf den Busfahrschein City Sightseeing, wenn Sie den Gutschein für den Service in Kombination mit einem Bahnfahrschein von Trenitalia kaufen, der für Reisen mit den Zügen Frecciarossa, Frecciargento, Frecciabianca, Intercity, Intercity Notte, Eurocity/Euronight und den Regionalzügen mit Zielort eines der Hauptbahnhöfe der zu besuchenden Stadt gültig ist. Der Service kann mit einem Datum von maximal 5 Tagen nach dem des Bahnfahrscheins auf der Website trenitalia.com, über die App von Trenitalia, an den Fahrkartenschaltern und in den zugelassenen Reisebüros gekauft werden
- 20 % Ermäßigung auf den Busfahrschein City Sightseeing, wenn Sie Inhaber der CartaFRECCIA oder X-GO sind und den Service auf der Website von CitySightseeing oder an Bord des Busses kaufen. Beim Kauf müssen Sie den CartaFRECCIA-Code oder den X-GO-Code angeben
- 20 % Ermäßigung auf den Busfahrschein City Sightseeing, wenn Sie die Fahrscheine auf der Website von CitySightseeing und an Bord des Busses kaufen. 3. ÄNDERUNG VON GUTSCHEINEN
3.1 Sie müssen den Gutschein für die Rundfahrt ausdrucken und dem zuständigen Personal entsprechend den auf dem Gutschein angegebenen Anweisungen vorlegen. Dieser wird dann einbehalten und durch ein gültiges Ticket ersetzt, mit dem Sie berechtigt sind, den Service ohne weiteren Aufpreis in Anspruch zu nehmen. Für die "City-Sightseeing"-Rundfahrten erhalten Sie in jedem Fall eine Transportleistung durch eines der Partnerunternehmen von City Sightseeing® Italy.
3.2 Der Gutschein kann nur ein einziges Mal verwendet werden und verliert nach dem auf ihm angegebenen Datum seine Gültigkeit.
3.3 Bei allen "City-Sightseeing"-Serviceleistungen müssen Kinder unter 15 Jahren von einem Erwachsenen begleitet werden.
3.2 Der Gutschein kann nur ein einziges Mal verwendet werden und verliert nach dem auf ihm angegebenen Datum seine Gültigkeit.

4. LISTE DER STÄDTE, IN DENEN DER CITY SIGHTSEEING-SERVICE IN KOMBINATION MIT FAHRSCHEINEN VON TRENITALIA ERHÄLTLICH IST
In Kombination mit den Fahrscheinen von Trenitalia können die Gutscheine für die City Sightseeing-Serviceleistungen zu bestimmten Daten für die Städte Rom, Florenz, Mailand, Neapel, Turin, Palermo, Genua, Verona, Padua und Livorno erworben werden.
5. FÄLSCHUNGEN
Gutscheinfälschungen werden sofort bei den zuständigen Justizbehörden angezeigt.
6. RÜCKERSTATTUNG
6.1 City Sightseeing Italy und alle Partnerunternehmen geben ihr Bestes, um einen regelmäßigen und planmäßigen Service anzubieten. City Sightseeing Italy übernimmt gegenüber dem Inhaber des Fahrscheines keinerlei Haftung für Verluste, Schäden, Unannehmlichkeiten, Verspätungen, Änderungen, Aussetzungen, Widerruf des Service infolge eines beliebigen nicht ihr zuzuschreibenden Grundes.
6.2 Die Anfragen auf Rückerstattung müssen binnen 10 Tagen ab dem Datum der Rundfahrt per E-Mail an die unten angeführte Adresse eingereicht werden und werden entsprechend dem Ermessen von City Sightseeing und in jedem Fall bei außergewöhnlichen Ereignissen akzeptiert. Der auf info@city-sightseeing.it einzureichenden Anfrage auf Rückerstattung ist der Original-Fahrschein für den Service beizulegen, wobei folgende Informationen anzugeben sind: Kaufdatum des Gutscheins, Bestellnummer des Gutscheins und der auf dem Gutschein angegebene Name des Kunden.
6.3 Auf die gewährte Rückerstattung wird eine Gebühr von 20 % erhoben. Die Rückerstattung ist in jedem Fall nur bis zur Höhe des Gesamtbetrags der Kosten Ihrer Reservierung möglich.
6.4 Genaue Angaben zu Haltestellen, Abfahrtszeiten und öffnungen der Serviceleistungen finden Sie auf der Website www.city-sightseeing.it

7. AUSSTELLUNG DER RECHNUNG
Sie können die Rechnung durch Senden der Anfrage an
info@city-sightseeing.it innerhalb von 24h ab Kauf und unter Angabe aller Ihrer Daten anfordern.
8. HAFTUNGSAUSSCHLUSS
8.1 Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, wird keinerlei Haftung weder von City Sightseeing Italy noch von einem unserer Betreiber, leitenden Angestellten, Mitarbeitern, Vertretern, Filialen, Partnerunternehmen oder Personen, die an der Produktion, dem Sponsoring, der Werbung oder der Verbreitung der Website und ihres Inhalts beteiligt sind, übernommen für:
- Verzögerungen der Serviceleistungen, Unmöglichkeit der Inanspruchnahme der Serviceleistungen, Fehler bei der Nutzung der Serviceleistungen
- Schäden (direkte, indirekte Schäden, Folgeschäden oder Bußgelder), Verluste oder Kosten, die durch die Unmöglichkeit der Inanspruchnahme der Serviceleistungen entstehen.
- Personenschäden, Tod, Sachschäden oder andere Arten von Schäden (direkte, indirekte, besondere Schäden, Folgeschäden oder Bußgelder), Verluste oder Kosten, die infolge der Nutzung unserer Serviceleistungen verursacht oder bezahlt wurden bzw. eingetreten sind, einschließlich (teilweiser) Stornierungen, überbuchungen (nur hinsichtlich bestimmter Produkte), Streiks, höhere Gewalt oder andere nicht unter unsere Verantwortung fallende Ereignisse.

9. PREISE UND RICHTLINIEN FÜR DAS MITNEHMEN VON HAUSTIEREN IN CITY-SIGHTSEENG®-BUSSEN
9.1 Das Mitnehmen von kleinen und mittelgroßen Haustieren ist nur dann gestattet, wenn diese harmlos sind und den unten aufgeführten Merkmalen entsprechen. Der Busfahrer kann jedoch die Mitnahme des Tieres verweigern, wenn er den Eindruck hat, dass dieses eine Gefahr für das Transportfahrzeug und die Fahrgäste darstellen könnte. Die Beförderung des Tieres kann auch während der Fahrt verweigert werden, ohne Anspruch auf Rückerstattung des Fahrscheines und nach dem alleinigen Ermessen des Buspersonals, wenn dieses eine Störung oder eine Gefahr für die Fahrgäste verursacht.
9.2 Die Verwendung einer Leine und eines Maulkorbs ist vorgeschrieben; anstelle eines Maulkorbs ist in jedem Fall auch die Beförderung in einer Transportbox oder einem Käfig möglich. Die Beförderung von Haustieren mit besonderen anatomischen, physiologischen oder pathologischen Merkmalen, für die das Tragen eines Maulkorbs nicht möglich ist, muss in einer Transportbox oder einem Käfig erfolgen. Der Besitzer muss sicherstellen, dass die Transportbox oder der Käfig in gutem Zustand und einwandfrei sauber ist, dass sich kein Tierfutter im Inneren befindet, und dass die Box oder der Käfig keine Unannehmlichkeiten für die Fahrgäste verursacht.
9.3 Der Besitzer muss außerdem sicherstellen, dass das Tier keinen der Fahrgäste oder das Personal stört oder schädigt und dass es das Fahrzeug nicht verschmutzt, andernfalls muss er den entstandenen Schaden ersetzen. Der Tierhalter oder Besitzer haftet für die durch das Tier verursachten Schäden im Sinne des Artikels 2051 des italienischen Zivilgesetzbuches.
9.4 Der Zutritt für Blindenhunde ist zulässig, vorausgesetzt, diese sind mit Maulkorb und Leine ausgestattet.

10. TARIFE FÜR FAHRGÄSTE MIT BEHINDERUNGEN FÜR DEN CITY SIGHTSEEING®-Hop-On/Hop-Off-SERVICE
10.1 Die Beförderung von Personen im Rollstuhl ist nur zulässig, wenn der Bus mit einer Plattform für Personen mit Behinderung und einem Platz für Rollstuhlfahrer ausgestattet ist.
10.2 Während des Transports müssen sowohl der Fahrgast als auch der Rollstuhl gesichert werden, wobei der im Bus installierte Sicherheitsgurt anzulegen ist, der Rollstuhl mit seiner Feststellbremse zu sichern und in der durch den Layout-Plan des Fahrzeugs vorgegebenen Richtung zu platzieren ist. Wenn diese Bedingungen nicht garantiert sind, ist die Beförderung durch City Sightseeing nicht gestattet, was sowohl dem Schutz des behinderten Fahrgastes als auch dem der anderen Fahrgäste dient. Die Busse sind nur für einen einzigen Rollstuhlfahrerplatz zugelassen.
10.3 Alle Personen mit einer Behinderung von weniger als 75 % müssen den vollen Preis entsprechend ihrer Altersgruppe zahlen; bei einer Behinderung von mindestens 75 % wird ein Gratisfahrschein für die Person mit Behinderung ausgegeben, vorausgesetzt, diese wird von einer zahlenden Person begleitet. Der oben genannte Preisnachlass/Gratisfahrschein kann NUR gegen Vorlage einer geeigneten Bescheinigung gewährt werden, andernfalls wird der volle Preis berechnet.
10.2 Während des Transports müssen sowohl der Fahrgast als auch der Rollstuhl gesichert werden, wobei der im Bus installierte Sicherheitsgurt anzulegen ist, der Rollstuhl mit seiner Feststellbremse zu sichern und in der durch den Layout-Plan des Fahrzeugs vorgegebenen Richtung zu platzieren ist. Wenn diese Bedingungen nicht garantiert sind, ist die Beförderung durch City Sightseeing nicht gestattet, was sowohl dem Schutz des behinderten Fahrgastes als auch dem der anderen Fahrgäste dient. Die Busse sind nur für einen einzigen Rollstuhlfahrerplatz zugelassen.
10.3 Alle Personen mit einer Behinderung von weniger als 75 % müssen den vollen Preis entsprechend ihrer Altersgruppe zahlen; bei einer Behinderung von mindestens 75 % wird ein Gratisfahrschein für die Person mit Behinderung ausgegeben, vorausgesetzt, diese wird von einer zahlenden Person begleitet. Der oben genannte Preisnachlass/Gratisfahrschein kann NUR gegen Vorlage einer geeigneten Bescheinigung gewährt werden, andernfalls wird der volle Preis berechnet.
11. REZENSIONEN, KOMMENTARE, MITTEILUNGEN UND ANDERE INHALTE
11.1 Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Rezensionen, Kommentare und andere Inhalte zu veröffentlichen, elektronische Postkarten und andere Mitteilungen zu versenden und Vorschläge, Ideen, Kommentare, Fragen oder andere Informationen einzureichen, vorausgesetzt, dass der Inhalt nicht rechtswidrig ist (bzw. obszön, beleidigend, einschüchternd, diffamierend ist, die Privatsphäre, die Rechte an geistigem Eigentum verletzt oder anderweitig für uns und/oder Dritte beleidigend oder anstößig ist und Viren, politische Propaganda, kommerzielle Werbung, Kettenbriefe, Massen-E-Mails oder jede andere Form von Spam enthält). Es ist nicht zulässig, eine falsche E-Mail-Adresse zu verwenden, sich als eine andere Person oder Einrichtung auszugeben oder in anderer Weise hinsichtlich der Herkunft einer Postkarte oder eines anderen Inhalts die Unwahrheit zu behaupten. Wir behalten uns das Recht vor, solche Inhalte zu entfernen oder zu ändern.
11.2 Wenn Sie uns Inhalte oder Materialien senden, räumen Sie uns, sofern von uns nicht anders angegeben, ein nicht ausschließliches, gebührenfreies, unterlizenzierbares und übertragbares Recht ein, diese Inhalte weltweit und mit jedem Kommunikationsmittel zu nutzen, zu reproduzieren, zu modifizieren, anzupassen, zu veröffentlichen, zu übersetzen, abgeleitete Werke daraus zu erstellen, zu verteilen und anzuzeigen
11.3 Sie erklären und garantieren, dass Sie persönlich oder in einer anderen Weise über die Eigentumsrechte oder in jedem Fall über alle Rechte bezüglich des Inhalts Ihrer Veröffentlichung verfügen;
11.2 Wenn Sie uns Inhalte oder Materialien senden, räumen Sie uns, sofern von uns nicht anders angegeben, ein nicht ausschließliches, gebührenfreies, unterlizenzierbares und übertragbares Recht ein, diese Inhalte weltweit und mit jedem Kommunikationsmittel zu nutzen, zu reproduzieren, zu modifizieren, anzupassen, zu veröffentlichen, zu übersetzen, abgeleitete Werke daraus zu erstellen, zu verteilen und anzuzeigen
11.3 Sie erklären und garantieren, dass Sie persönlich oder in einer anderen Weise über die Eigentumsrechte oder in jedem Fall über alle Rechte bezüglich des Inhalts Ihrer Veröffentlichung verfügen;
12. ANWENDBARES RECHT UND GERICHTSSTAND
Alle Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit den Allgemeinen Bedingungen unterliegen der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit der italienischen Gerichtsbarkeit und insbesondere der ausschließlichen Zuständigkeit des Richters des Gerichts von Florenz.
