In collaboration with Your Personal James, Trenitalia offers a new car rental with driver (NCC) booking service to and from the main Italian cities.

The car rental with driver (NCC) service is available for all Trenitalia customers by entering the PNR of your journey when booking and before payment.

NEWS: to commemorate the launch of the Frecciarossa Milan-Paris, until 31/12//2022, Your Personal James will reserve special rates for Frecciarossa customers for car rental with a driver at discounts of 12%.

  • NCC services

    The services available for customers cover car rental for three separate types of service:

    • transfer within the city to the station;
    •  the availability of the car is calculated by the number of hours, with mileage included;
    • out of town point-to-point transfer.


    The service with a driver involves car use upon request, in a car that can accommodate 3-8 passengers, for the transport of business customers, including transfers for special events.

  • How to book

    You can book the service on the www.frecciatransfer.com page. Simply enter:

    • your journey details, by selecting the railway station and arrival or departure address;
    •  the type of service and car desired;
    • the number of the train you are travelling on.


    You can pay in any currency, online, with a credit card (Amex, Discover, Mastercard, UnionPay, Visa).
