To purchase this Promo from this website, select “Promo/Regional Services” from the “Other Options” drop-down menu, whilst on the Trenitalia app, select “Promo and Regional Services”. The Promo is booked in the name and surname of each passenger, as entered during registration. No name change, exchange or refund is permitted. No reductions may be applied. Excluded from the promotion are the services of Leonardo Express, Cinque Terre Express, those operated by other transport companies (including Trenord) and routes within the provinces of Bolzano and from Trento to Bassano del Grappa.  Tickets purchased with the Weekend Insieme promotion do not need to be timestamped for validation. Upon request by the Onboard Staff, the electronic Promo must be presented (via PC, Tablet or smartphone) so as to correctly display the PDF files or AZTEC/QR Codes or else the actual printed ticket can be shown.
