To request the definitive cancellation of your account, click on Cancel account. After indicating your details, select the "Account Management" option and specify in your request the user for which you want to request cancellation. We remind you that after the cancellation you will no longer be able to access your account, your travel history and if you are enrolled in the CartaFRECCIA or X-GO program you will lose your qualification as a member and any related points accumulated.
