To manage your purchase you can log into your area, go to Purchased Travel and visualise the journey you wish to modify.
Alternatively, you can manage your ticket by using the following form, filling in with the PNR and the email used for the purchase.
If you bought your ticket without being registered, you can retrieve your ticket filling in your name, surname and Code for retrieving the purchase (CRA) that appears on the post -payment page.
According to the fare you bought, you can avail of the following online services:
- change your booking
- manage your ticket
- request a refund
- request compensation for delay
- add or void passengers on your journey
