The Maps area of the Trenitalia.com website offers visitors the opportunity of selecting an area of interest and viewing the relative map, as well as indicating the point of departure and of arrival, and the corresponding route.

What's more, visitors may print the map and route, e-mail them or save them in PDA and Customize their own maps with the option of choosing their size, the categories of goods that will appear on them and the type of trail (cars, pedestrian or underground trains).

Another option for visitors involves viewing the GPS co-ordinates and weather forecast for the area indicated in the map.
