The pleasure of dining while travelling. In all of Eurostar Italia's trains you will find a coffee bar service complete with fresh sandwiches, snacks, drinks, desserts and hot and cold drinks. The Eurostar trains indicated in the Official Timetable* also offer a sit-down restaurant service with full menu. The meal assortment is changed often and in keeping with the seasons.
The restaurant areas are modern, elegant and clean, with large windows for enjoying the scenery. To book lunch or dinner, simply ask the on board personnel who will ask passengers in the first-class carriage shortly before the service commences.

First class tickets have a welcome service*, which provides a sweet or savoury snack and hot or cold drink, served directly at your seat by uniformed personnel.
On the morning trains, you will also be offered a daily newspaper.

To make your Eurostar train journey all the more pleasant, the on board cleaning service has been renewed. This service is provided on the busiest passenger routes by specialised cleaning personnel recognisable by their uniform and badge.
The on-board cleaning staff is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and decency in the carriages and toilets by removing the more-visible refuse items from the seats and carriages, cleaning items touched most often by customers, and offering any other assistance necessary.

Trenitalia's on-board personnel have a special palm computer for on-board ticketing and giving real-time information about seat availability on the train. They are also up-to-date on any delays in the Trenitalia network, connections with other trains, as well as other information useful for making your journey happy.
