Information note as per Art. 13 of Legs. Decree 196/03
As per Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, entitled "Codice in materia di protezione di dati personali" ("Regulations on Personal Data Protection"), we inform you that the personal data you are asked to submit when applying for information on "Corporate Travel" will be treated by our company solely to use those items necessary for contacting you and therefore provide the information on the scheme. Kindly note that it is necessary that you complete all the data in the boxes below as we cannot contact you without them.
Processing formalities
Your personal data will be processed on paper and digital supports using manual and IT instruments adopting suitable measures for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data.
Your data will not be communicated to other subjects, be in any way distributed, or passed over to the Sales Office of the Passengers General Operations Head Office - BU Passengers N/I of Trenitalia S.p.A., or, as being delegatees, those delegated by the Processing Managers.
Data holder and Processing Manager
The Holder of the processed data is Trenitalia S.p.A., with headquarters in Piazza della Croce Rossa 1, 00161 Rome.
The Processing Manager is the Sales Office of the Passengers General Operations Head Office - BU Passengers N/I of Trenitalia S.p.A. with offices in Via Giolitti, 2 - 00185 Rome, at which premises the list of the other Managers may be consulted.
Rights of the interested parties
You may at any time exercise your rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 towards the above mentioned subjects, including the rights: for confirmation of the existence of personal data regarding you, and to know their contents and origin, verify their accuracy or request that they be integrated, updated or changed; request that the data be deleted, transformed into an anonymous form or that any data treated in breach of the law be blocked; and to oppose in any case, for lawful reasons, their processing.
