Online refund  

Avoid the queues! From today, requesting refunds is just a few clicks away!


Starting from 1 January you can apply for refunds on this site for national tickets bought on-line.

Using this new service is simple:

Go to the customers area, log-in and then go to "Ask for refund online".
Type in the Booking Code (PNR) of the ticket.
Send your application and then wait for the result.

The refund will be made on the credit card used to make the purchase. The time needed depends only on your credit card's bank.

The refund request can be made only for tickets bought online and not yet printed at the Self service tellers and associated to the registration data (user-id and password) used to enter the Customers Area.
