a ticket online without registration, you can access to the following services:
PURCHASE RECOVERY
In this area you can recover your purchase details.
RESERVATION CHANGE
To change your reservation, fill the form with your emai, PNR code and Change Rerservation code (CP), sent by email after purchase.
REFUND APPLICATION
You can apply for ordinary refund , except for international travels, extraordinary causes or strikes.
REFUND STATUS
If you used the purchase data recovery functionality, you have to use the last supplied e-mail address.
