Trenitalia, in co-operation with Maggiore, offers our Frecciarossa customers in 1st class arriving at Roma Termini and Milano Centrale, the exclusive service of Rental with Driver at the special price* of 40 euro (VAT included).
The service includes:
rental of a Mercedes class E or similar availability of the vehicle for up to 4 hours from the exit/re-entry of the vehicle in the garage; distance of 75 km within the city boundaries ("G.R.A." for Rome, Tangenziale for Milan)free waiting of the driver at the station for up to 30 minutes.
 If driver has to wait for the customer for more than 30 minutes, a supplement of €40/hour is charged. **

Payment for the service is by credit card, when booking.

How and when to book

You can book the service: 
online
through the Trenitalia Call Center 892021(charges apply) through the dedicated Maggiore Call Center at 848000919*** (from Monday to Friday from 09 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.)
Bookings must be made:
24 hours beforehand for weekdays, before 10 am of the previous working day for Saturdays, Sundays, Monday mornings and public holidays
The service is subject to availability which will be checked on and notified when booking.


* The special price does not include the supplements: night (22.00-08.00): +40%; Sundays and holidays: +50% ; extra hour: 40€; extra km 1.5€.
**Should a train arrive later than 30’ due to Trenitalia’s fault, you can apply for a refund for the supplements paid.
