Requests for assistance through e-mail
In requests for assistance sent through e-mail, you must indicate:- the stations of departure and/or arrival/connection (among the ones listed);
- the journey dates (outward and return), along with preferred time bands, if any;
- the type of assistance requested (with/without lift-van, wheelchair made available by Trenitalia, and other useful information);
- a telephone number to contact you at if necessary to organize the journey within twelve hours before departure.

Allowance Disabled Companion
The Blue Card is issued to customers with allowance disabled companion. It's free of charge by the Blue Halls.
