For customers signed in to Trenitalia.com
To manage your purchases
you can log into your area , go to Purchased travel and visualise the journey you wish to modify.
You can avail of the following online services:
- change your booking.
- manage your ticket
- request a refund
- request compensation for delay
- add or void passengers on your journey
For customers NOT signed in to Trenitalia.com
If you have not signed in to buy your ticket, you will receive an email to the address you indicated while purchasing with all the journey details.
However, take note of the
Code for retrieving the purchase (CRA) that appears on the post -payment page.
You might need it, if you don’t receive the mail to retrieve your purchase.
Remember that if you don’t sign in, you can’t buy electronic regional ticket, you can’t use Postoclick or apply for an invoice.
To retrieve a purchase without registration: go to the
dedicated area, fill in your name and surname used for buying and the CRA code.
To change or refund a ticket without registration: go to the
dedicated area and fill in the email address used for purchase and the PNR code.
